Wood Grain Surface Films

Apex Window Films' low-tack DIY Woodgrain multii-surface films are used where the look of real wood may be desired over a smooth surface such as metal, painted wood or glass.  You can heat-shrink this film for do-it-yourself projects that have contoured surfaces using a heat gun or hair dryer.  This film is opaque and can be used on exterior windows for privacy because the backing of the film is light coloured (off-white) so that it does not absorb heat to the extent that dark-backed films may (extreme heat absorption can lead to cracking).
